At a glance
Noticd helps you plan and make social videos. You choose what to put into the service. Your selected platforms shape ideas and scripts, but selecting a platform does not connect that account.
You can optionally connect Instagram and TikTok through their official permission screens. Connecting confirms the account; it does not import posts or analytics or allow Noticd to publish for you.
Information we use today
We use the profile details and platform preferences you provide to tailor ideas and scripts. We process material you choose to add, including reference text or links, scripts, uploaded Takes, transcripts, Reviews, and rendered Clips, to provide the features you request. We also process account and session information to sign you in and keep your work associated with you.
Service diagnostics and product analytics help us operate and improve Noticd. They are separate from social-platform audience analytics. We do not obtain your Instagram or TikTok performance data merely because you select a platform in your profile.
You can authorize an Instagram connection with Meta's permission screen. Noticd uses basic account access to confirm the account ID and username. Selecting Instagram in your profile alone does not connect it.
Noticd does not import your Instagram posts, insights, or messages, and cannot publish to your account through this connection.
TikTok
You can authorize a TikTok connection with TikTok's permission screen. Noticd uses basic profile access to confirm your account ID and display name. Selecting TikTok for a script or Clip alone does not connect it.
This connection does not import your videos or audience statistics, and it does not authorize publishing.
Storage and security
Noticd’s retained creative work, including your profile, Takes, transcripts, Reviews, scripts, and Clips, is stored in the European Union. Clerk provides sign-in and holds limited identity information such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers in the United States. Media and AI service providers process material needed for the feature you use.
When you connect an account, Noticd stores its access credentials encrypted on the server, not in your browser. We remove local access credentials when you disconnect that account.
Retention and deletion
Unchosen uploaded Takes are scheduled for removal after 30 days; chosen Takes after 90 days. Final Clips and other retained work remain until deletion, subject to the applicable product lifecycle. You can request account deletion from the account menu. The deletion process removes live content and provider artifacts; isolated backups expire on their backup schedule.
Connected account identity and credentials remain while the connection is active. Disconnecting removes the local connection and stops further authorized access. It does not delete creative work you separately made in Noticd; account deletion is available for that work.
Your choices and platform rules
You can choose which profile details, references, and Takes to provide. You can download a Clip and decide whether and where to post it. You can also delete your Noticd account from account controls. A connected account can be disconnected in Noticd, alongside the platform's own access controls.
Instagram and TikTok operate their own services under their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of information on those services is separate from Noticd’s handling described here. See Meta’s Privacy Policy, TikTok’s Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our data practices or connected features change. A future integration will need a disclosure that matches its actual permissions and behavior before users are asked to authorize it. Read the Terms of Service for the rules of using Noticd.
